This page provides a direct way to request deletion of your Norskprøven Mock Exam account and associated data, including when you no longer have the App installed.
Option 1: delete inside the App
- Open Norskprøven Mock Exam.
- Open Profile.
- Tap Delete account and cloud data.
- Read the warning and tap Delete permanently.
- If the account is linked to Google or Apple, complete the provider confirmation when requested.
The deletion is performed by the authenticated backend and is permanent.
Option 2: request deletion on the web
If you cannot access the App, email us from the address linked to your account. If you used Sign in with Apple and hid your email, include the relay email shown for Norskprøven Mock Exam in your Apple Account settings.

We may ask for proportionate verification so that another person cannot delete your account. We will act without undue delay and within any deadline required by applicable law.
What is deleted

Local drafts and recordings stored only on your device are removed by deleting the App or clearing its local data under your operating system's behavior.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Store billing is controlled by Apple or Google and must be cancelled separately.
- Apple: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Norskprøven Mock Exam > Cancel Subscription.
- Google Play: Play Store > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Norskprøven Mock Exam > Cancel subscription.
After deletion
- Deletion cannot be undone and saved learning history cannot be restored.
- Reinstalling the App creates a new anonymous session unless you sign in.
- A store may continue to show historical transactions under its own retention obligations.
