Norskprøven Mock Exam is an independent preparation app by SmartPrep Labs LLP. For official exam registration, dates, rules, or certificates, contact the official Norwegian test authorities or your test centre.

For faster diagnosis, include the device type, operating-system version, App version, the screen where the issue occurred, and a short description. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary personal information.
Accounts and sign-in
The App can start with an anonymous session. Link Google or Apple in Profile before purchasing so progress and Premium access can be restored safely. If a provider confirmation is cancelled, return to Profile and try again.
Purchases and restoration
- Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Use Profile > Premium and purchases > Restore purchases with the same store account.
- Pending payments activate Premium only after the store confirms payment.
- Cancellation and refund requests are handled in the applicable store account under its policies.
Audio, handwriting, and automated feedback
Speaking feedback needs microphone permission and a stable connection while the answer is uploaded and evaluated. Handwriting recognition needs camera or photo access only when you choose that feature. Always review transcription or recognized handwriting before relying on it; automated processing can be incomplete or wrong.
Privacy and deletion
Optional Analytics and Crashlytics are off by default and can be managed in Settings > Privacy & data. You can permanently delete the account in Profile > Delete account and cloud data or use our web deletion process.
